Our platform is designed for professional, creative, and personal photography use cases.

2. Prohibited Content

The following categories of content are strictly prohibited on our platform. Attempting to create, upload, or generate any of this content will result in enforcement action.

2.1 Sexual or Adult Content

Professional Headshot is a strictly NSFW-free platform. The following content is blocked:

• Pornographic imagery or explicit sexual content
• Nudity or depictions of explicit sexual acts
• Any sexualized depictions of minors (zero tolerance - reported to authorities)
• Fetish content or sexually suggestive material
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or "revenge" content

2.2 Violence, Harm, or Abuse

Content depicting or promoting violence is prohibited:

• Graphic or gory depictions of injury, death, or mutilation
• Violent scenes involving weapons, torture, or assault
• Self-harm or suicide instructions or glorification
• Abuse, harassment, bullying, or targeted threats against individuals

2.3 Hate, Discrimination, or Extremism

Content promoting hatred or discrimination is prohibited:

• Hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Extremist ideology, terrorist propaganda, or recruitment materials
• Real-world political propaganda designed to incite violence or discrimination
• Symbols, imagery, or rhetoric associated with hate groups

2.4 Illegal or Dangerous Activities

Content related to illegal activities is prohibited:

• Drugs, drug paraphernalia, or promotion of drug use
• Weapons in harmful or threatening contexts
• Human trafficking, exploitation, or slavery
• Terrorism, organized crime, or gang activity
• Fraud, scams, phishing, or identity deception

2.5 Intellectual Property Violations

Respect for intellectual property is required:

• Uploading copyrighted images without authorization
• Generating content that mimics copyrighted character likenesses
• Recreating or reproducing specific copyrighted works
• Using trademarked logos, brands, or names without permission

2.6 Deception, Misinformation, or Harmful Manipulation

Content designed to deceive or manipulate is prohibited:

• Deepfake depictions of real people without their consent
• Misleading or harmful synthetic media designed to spread misinformation
• Impersonation of businesses, institutions, or public figures
• Fake credentials, endorsements, or fraudulent documentation

3. Enforcement

Professional Headshot employs multiple layers of content moderation to maintain platform safety:

Automated Moderation: AI-powered filters scan uploads and prompts in real-time to block prohibited content before generation.

Manual Review: Our safety team reviews flagged content and user reports to ensure accurate enforcement.

User Reports: Users can report violations through our reporting system or by contacting our support team.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit, the images you upload, and the content you generate. By using our platform, you agree to comply with this Content Moderation Policy. Attempts to circumvent our safety filters through prompt engineering, jailbreaking, or other techniques constitute a material breach of our Terms of Service.

5. Consequences for Violations

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Immediate removal of the violating content
• Warning notification to your account
• Temporary suspension of account access
• Permanent account termination without refund
• Reporting to law enforcement for illegal content (especially CSAM)

6. Data Handling

Professional Headshot does not store prompts or generated images indefinitely unless you explicitly save them to your gallery. We do not use your personal images or generations to train our AI models. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

7. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this policy, or if your likeness has been used without consent, please report it immediately through our Report Deepfake portal or contact us at [email protected]. We investigate all reports within 48 hours.

8. Policy Updates

This Content Moderation Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in regulations, platform capabilities, or community standards. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
